BAND ORGAN VINYL RECORDINGS COLLECTORS CORNER

This series of monthly articles will feature information for collectors of recordings of Band Organs which were produced on vinyl 33 1/3 records years ago. Hopefully this information will be of value to those collectors by providing information about the record albums so they can search for them in old record stores etc.

This months record is "ALL THE FUN OF THE FAIR, The Gaudin Fair Organ, Volume Two". The album number is JOYS 217, monoaural. The record was produced on the JOY RECORDS label of London in 1971. It was distributed by President Records Limited, London. At the time of recording, the organ was owned by the John Beach family of showmen.

The roundabout shown on the cover is the showpiece of John Beach Entertainments. The album has a colorful cover showing happy riders and the organ is only barely visable in the center of the ride. No technical information regarding the organ is given.
